The Twenty-Year Land Registry Certification is the service that allows you to trace the cadastral history of a property in the twenty years prior to the request.

Who can request the 20-year Land Registry Certification?

The Twenty-Year Mortgage and Land Registry Certification can be requested by anyone throughout the Italian territory, provided that they have a copy in pdf format of the seizure already duly notified and transcribed or, alternatively, provided that they know the cadastral details of the property.

To request the Twenty-Year Land Registry Certification, you only need to fill out the request form and enter the cadastral details of the property.

What data does the Twenty-Year Report service – Twenty-Year Land Registry Certification report?

The service, also called Twenty-Year Notarial Report, contains a certification made by a notary regarding: the assets subject to execution, the destination and identifying elements of the object of execution, the mortgage history, the transcriptions and prejudicial registrations of the property in the last twenty years.

Accordingly, the service is composed of the following elements:

  • 20-year mortgage certification
  • Map Extract;
  • Historical cadastral extract.

NB pursuant to the second paragraph of article 567 of the Code of Civil Procedure, this document is necessary to complete the procedure for requesting the sale of the seized property.

What are the costs of the Twenty-Year Land Registry Certification?
